Golden Flame provides high-quality vehicle rental services to Turkey and international markets. These Terms and Conditions of Service constitute our legal agreement when you use our website and services.
Please read these terms carefully. By continuing to use our services, you fully accept these terms. If you do not accept any provision, please do not use our services.
Service Usage
Vehicle Rental: All vehicle rentals provided by Golden Flame are subject to availability on the date specified by the customer. Once your reservation is confirmed, the vehicle is guaranteed to be provided on the specified date.
Accurate Information: All information provided during reservation (name, surname, contact information, driver's license number, etc.) must be accurate and current. Golden Flame reserves the right to cancel your reservation if false information is provided.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. All payments must be made through payment methods determined by our company. Our refund policy for cancelled reservations is explained in a separate document.
Age Requirement: The person renting the vehicle must be at least 21 years old. Some luxury and high-performance vehicles may require the driver to be 25 years or older. Additional age fees may apply.
User Responsibilities
Vehicle Care: You must use rented vehicles carefully and responsibly. The costs of any damage to the vehicle (scratches, dents, accidents, etc.) will be borne by the renter depending on the type of damage.
Traffic Rules: You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and local regulations. Full responsibility for all traffic fines and costs resulting from traffic violations lies with the renter.
Vehicle Returns: Rentals end on the specified date and time. An additional fee will be charged for each hour of late return. The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank; otherwise, fuel charges and additional service fees will apply.
Illegal Activity: You cannot use vehicles for illegal purposes. Smoking in the vehicle, drug use, or carrying illegal items are strictly prohibited. Such activities may result in serious legal consequences and high penalties.
Insurance and Liability
Mandatory Insurance: All vehicles are equipped with legally required insurance policies. Basic insurance covers third-party damages. Renters may opt to purchase additional insurance to reduce their own risk.
Damage Protection: To minimize risks related to collision damage, renters may optionally purchase a "Collision Damage Waiver." This coverage covers damages up to specified limits.
Golden Flame Liability: Golden Flame is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to our services (data loss, lost profits, business interruption, etc.). This includes damages resulting from renter decisions and errors.
Renter Liability: The renter is responsible for the rented vehicle and all incidents related to that vehicle. Any physical damage to the vehicle, traffic fines, or legal issues arising from the vehicle are the renter's responsibility.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge if notification is made at least 48 hours before the rental. For cancellations made within 48 hours, 50% of the total rental fee will be retained.
Date Changes: Rentals can be changed free of charge depending on availability. You must notify us of changes at least 24 hours before the rental.
Cancellation by Golden Flame: Golden Flame reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the following cases: i) False information provided by the renter, ii) Non-payment, iii) Security or safety concerns.
Dispute Resolution
Initial Contact: In case of any dispute, please first contact us at info@goldenflameseattle.com. It is important that you explain your issue in detail.
Mediation: If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to mediation. The mediator will be an impartial third party.
Legal Proceedings: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through applicable legal proceedings.
Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages: Golden Flame is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages related to our services.
Maximum Liability: Golden Flame's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the renter for the product or service in question.
Third Parties: Golden Flame is not responsible for third-party claims against rented vehicles.
Changes to Terms
Golden Flame reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason. Changes are effective from the date they are published on our website.
Continued Use: By continuing to use our services after changes to these terms, you accept the new terms.
